Jim and Harvest met in a "Spiritual Community" in 1975 and were married in 1977 - remaining deeply committed and in love to this day.  They have lived on 3 Hawaiian Islands (and in Kilauea, Kauai for over 25 years) and raised their 3 sons to adulthood here, using a very high standard of consciousness, love and creativity. 

Jim Founded Emerald Isle Properties in Kilauea (on the North Shore of Kauai) on April 1  1990.  He built it to a very trusted and reputable small-town office by designing a powerful "Win/Win/Win/Win" philosophy (you, his Agents, himself and, therefore, the Company).  Harvest joined him (after the boys were old enough) in 1998 and they have since completed thousands of transactions.  They spent about 6 years on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island, returning to Kauai in 2009.  They formed another Real Estate Company there - re-establishing Emerald Isle Properties for their return to Kauai - and they have worked closely together to help many people to find their dream property on Kauai and the Big Island.
